Assure + Terms Summary
Assure + is a HomeServ service plan, not an insurance policy. It provides members with priority access, free callouts (subject to plan type and fair-use limits), and included labour allowances on selected plans. Members also enjoy exclusive discounts on materials, consumables, and any additional services required to complete their job.
Each plan’s entitlements—such as the number of emergency callouts and included labour hours—reset annually or as stated in your plan documentation. Materials, replacement parts, consumables, and third-party specialist fees are billed separately at your discounted member rate.
Emergency callout benefits become available after 60 days of continuous active membership, ensuring fair access and service reliability for all members. Service availability, response times, and after-hours coverage may vary by location, demand, and plan level.
