Do you offer same-day service?

Yes, depending on availability. For urgent issues such as plumbing or hot water emergencies, we offer same-day callouts whenever possible.

Are your technicians and cleaners insured?

Yes. Every HomeServ professional is fully licensed (where required), background-checked, and insured for your peace of mind.

Do you service both residential and commercial properties?

Absolutely. We provide services for homeowners, property managers, strata buildings, businesses, and commercial premises.

Assure+ Membership

What is Assure+?

Assure+ is HomeServ’s premium home service plan designed to make home maintenance simple and stress-free.

Members pay a small weekly or monthly fee for access to priority service, free or discounted callouts, included labour, and member-only savings across all HomeServ brands.

Is Assure+ insurance?

No — Assure+ is not insurance. It’s a membership service plan, offering real-time value through included service benefits, not reimbursement or claim-based coverage.

How does Assure+ work?

Once you join, you’ll enjoy:

  • Priority scheduling across all HomeServ brands
  • Free or discounted callouts (depending on plan)
  • Included labour hours for select services
  • Exclusive member pricing on materials and additional work

Plans are billed weekly or monthly, and you can cancel anytime with 14 days’ notice.

What are the different Assure+ plans?

Assure+ offers three membership tiers:

  • Essential: Basic coverage with member rates and weekday callouts
  • Plus: Includes two free emergency callouts per year and one hour of labour per visit
  • Premium: Four free emergency callouts per year, two hours of included labour, and 24/7 priority access
What services are covered under Assure+?

Assure+ covers services from all HomeServ brands, including:

  • Plumbing and hot water emergencies
  • Carpet and upholstery cleaning for spills or accidents
  • After-party or pre-event home cleaning
  • Pool, lawn, and exterior maintenance

Each plan includes callout and labour benefits for qualifying services.

Is there a waiting period before I can use my benefits?

Yes — emergency callout benefits activate after 60 days of continuous membership.

Regular paid services (like cleaning or maintenance) can be booked immediately.

Can I use Assure+ for my investment or rental properties?

Yes — members can register multiple properties under one account.

Each property requires its own plan, ensuring coverage and fair use across all addresses.

What happens if I cancel my membership?

You can cancel anytime with 14 days’ written notice.

Your membership will remain active until the end of your current billing period.

If you rejoin later, your waiting period will restart.

A pre-purchase plumbing inspection provides a detailed assessment of a property’s plumbing system before you buy.

Who performs the inspection?

All inspections are carried out by licensed and insured plumbers from The Plumbing Inspection Group, using professional tools and CCTV drain cameras.

Do you provide a written report?

Yes — every inspection includes a detailed digital report with findings, photos, and recommendations, usually delivered within 24–48 hours of the inspection.

Can you inspect both residential and commercial properties?

Yes, we conduct inspections for both homes and commercial buildings.
